Jacob's Walk of Life - 1 Malaysia Sihat

Just came back from Jacob's Walk of Life - 1 Malaysia Sihat which was held at FRIM Kepong.

We are tired not because of the walk, we are super sleepy as all of us woke up at 5.30am++ just to be there to join the walk. Unfortunately, we did not manage to join the walk as we were late for registration.

We reached FRIM at about 7am++. The registration closed at 7.30am.
We did not manage to find parkings and in the end even though we found one, we walked for a very long distance from the parking space to the registration counter as there were so many people who came for the walk. By the time we reach the registration counter, it was almost 8am.

We queued for registration but the organiser did not allow us to do so as we were late and the walk had already started. There were a lot of participants who were in the same situation like us.

We were a bit frustrated but there was nothing we can do. The others were very angry. I can foresee there will be a lot of complaints in the media (online & offline) on this Jacob's Walk after this.

I think the organiser should have pre-alert us on the parking issues and the estimated number of people who will be attending so that we can pre-plan our trip. We were not late, we were there early before 7.30am. We cannot foresee there were so many time wasted at the parking and walking to the registration counter.

In the end, we were able to take the T-shirts and the goodies bags but not joining the walk.
Therefore, we ended up wandering around the activity area where there were booths and Fitness First Warm-down demonstration on the stage.

Us and the goodies bags (Jacob's biscuit, Kiwi fruit, Anlene Milk and some vouchers)

MTV Shooting @ Port Dickson

Had a sweet escape to PD last weekend.
I was volunteering for 真善美MTV shooting with my 2 other frens.

All the songs in the 真善美 CD Album are very popular among us who organised Buddhist camps.
The songs come along with interesting sign-languages and dances. Young Buddhist Association of Malaysia (YBAM) has produced MTVs for all the songs and these two songs in PD were the last two.

Other than three of us, there was a group of youngsters from local universities.
We got along very well fortunately even though the age gap was about 8 years in average :)

It was certainly a fun experience. Regardless of the shooting, the beautiful scenery in Teluk Kemang and Tanjung Tuan was really worth going.

Hope that we can watch the MTV pretty soon~~

A scene during sunset that we need to eat watermelon.
We were holding the watermelon for about half an hour that we were not allow to eat until the Director say Yes and Action!

Happy Us

Beautiful scenery at Teluk Kemang, Port Dickson

Interesting scenery on Light House at Tanjung Tuan, Malacca

Spectacular View

Action!
